As a Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of our Normanton shop. You will help maximise income through excellent customer service, strong visual standards, and effective stock handling, while supporting colleagues and volunteers to deliver a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience. By role modelling the DEBRA values, you will help create a positive environment focused on making a real impact for the EB community.
Job Responsibility:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers and donors
Support the processing, pricing, and replenishment of donated stock
Help maintain high standards of shop presentation and cleanliness
Assist with visual merchandising to promote sales and commercial success
Support colleagues and volunteers in day‑to‑day store activities
Follow DEBRA policies and procedures, including health, safety, and safeguarding
