Job Description:

Join our team at the new Norwich store as a store assistant, you will be passionate about our products and motivated to share inspiring home furnishings solutions with the many people. Whether you're ensuring smooth service, sharing Swedish delicacies in the Swedish Food Market or maintaining the great customer experience throughout the store, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and a positive shopping experience.

Job Responsibility:

Providing memorable shopping experience for customers
Working across various departments
Supporting store guests to find suitable solutions
Ensuring areas are clean, fully stocked, priced, and well presented
Heavy lifting of some products
Using IKEA vision to prioritize guests
Interacting with guests and promoting products
Performing variety of tasks across sales, checkouts, stock replenishment and food service
Using stock ordering processes and procedures
Following all safety protocols and regulations
Supporting colleagues and creating positive work environment

Requirements:

A straightforward approach

Committed to being part of the team
Can manage own workload efficiently in fast-paced environment
Customer first mindset
Enjoy versatility of working in different areas each day
Readiness to be actively involved in the work
Able to prioritise and organise own work
Thorough attention to detail
18 years of age or older
Computer literate and able to work with technology
