We’re looking for a Store Assistant who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in – whether it’s helping customers, lifting stock, or keeping the shop floor looking its best. Job Responsibility

Delivering top-notch customer service with a smile
Operating tills and handling transactions accurately
Creating eye-catching displays and keeping the shop floor tidy
Lifting, sorting, and pricing donated stock – often physically demanding
Promoting Gift Aid and encouraging donations
Working closely with volunteers and supporting the Store Manager
Helping with stock movement, sometimes up and down stairs
Ensuring health and safety standards are always met

Requirements

Previous retail experience in a busy environment
A team player with great communication skills
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
Positive, proactive, and ready to make a difference
