Job Description:

Assistant Manager role at Circle K, focusing on supporting the Store Manager with stationstore operations, employee management, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes management responsibilities, executing food programs, maintaining high standards, and providing onsite attendance.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the store manager with oversight of the stationstore operations
assist with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising
maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service
assist in executing food programs
display urgency, patience, and leadership
ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance

Requirements:

Leading a team of employees/management
recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
delegation and follow-up
teaching and motivating others
planning and organizing
communicating your plans and ideas
cash-handling and bookkeeping
problem solving
advocating and empathizing
safety and security

Nice to have:

Retail experience
supervisor or management experience

high school/college degree(s)
