Job Responsibility:
Identify consumer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
Inform consumers on the brand’s heritage and premium engineering
Conduct in-store demonstrations to inspire clients and showcase product features
Provide feedback from the field via detailed reporting
Maintain showroom excellence by ensuring all display units and kits are in pristine condition
Manage stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the operations team
Keep visual merchandising up to date, reporting any display needs with urgency
Stay updated on training materials, competitors, and industry trends
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales specifically within the home appliances sector
Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English
Advanced user of MS Office applications (especially Excel)
Strong traits: Polished demeanor, organizational skills, and a "customer-first" mindset.
