As Store Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting back-office operations and setting best practices across the stores. From managing merchandise flow and supporting client after-sales to overseeing administrative processes, your role is essential in creating an efficient store environment and delivering a seamless, high-quality client experience.
Job Responsibility
Ensure thorough aftersales tickets /liaise with the front of house teams to deliver best in class
Oversee the full sales process, including pre- and post-sale procedures, shipments, and transfers
Provide exceptional customer and after-sales service, including management of product repairs and aftercare processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and store leadership
Support in end-of-day reconciliations
Liaise with personal shopping departments for stock borrowing and sales coordination
Manage the store driver schedule, ensuring all special delivery requests are addressed to meet business needs
Coordinate with Store Management, Buying, and Visual Merchandising teams to support exceptional requirements
Support the Store Director with ad-hoc administrative projects
Assist store management with compliance processes and procedural follow-ups
Ensure adherence to all company policies and operational standards
Support the stock team during stock takes to ensure accurate and efficient execution
Maintain uniform records and files
Gather staff uniform requirements bi-annually and place consolidated orders
Receive, inventory, and distribute uniforms as needed
Ensure all new hires receive a complete uniform kit upon joining
Conduct quarterly inventory checks with the stock team and replenish supplies as required
Collect stationery needs & beverages from store management, confirm with Operations Manager, and handle distribution upon receipt
Requirements
At least 4-6 successful years of experience in a retail and/or back-office environment
High attention to detail, priority management and organizational skills
