Job Responsibility:
Lead Storage Admin team in daily duties
Ensure smooth and efficient service for all clients
Daily contact with Warehouse team and key clients
Prioritise work and ensure internal procedures are adhered to
Maintain excellent communication channels with Vault/Warehouse and Transportation teams and multiple overseas offices
Requirements:
Motivated - hungry to learn and develop skills

Confident - with great communication skills
Collaborative - effective performer alone and as part of a team
Process Driven – able to understand, follow and implement SOPs and company guidelines
Experience in Warehouse environments
Experience leading a team
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to spot, assess and work towards solving problems
Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4/A*- C (or equivalent) including Maths and English
Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
Must have verifiable 5-year employment/unemployment/educational history
