Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Storage Admin team in daily duties
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service for all clients
  • Daily contact with Warehouse team and key clients
  • Prioritise work and ensure internal procedures are adhered to
  • Maintain excellent communication channels with Vault/Warehouse and Transportation teams and multiple overseas offices

Requirements:

  • Motivated - hungry to learn and develop skills

  • Collaborative - effective performer alone and as part of a team
  • Process Driven – able to understand, follow and implement SOPs and company guidelines
  • Experience in Warehouse environments

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4/A*- C (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
