Job Description:

Sales Specialists lead solution sales in their focus areas, supporting Account Managers and driving end-to-end sales cycles. They build pipelines, close deals, and may manage key or strategic accounts. As subject matter experts, they solve complex challenges, guide cross-functional initiatives, and represent HPE externally. They exercise independent judgment and mentor others while contributing to innovation and process improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive sales of HPE storage products and solutions
  • Identify and develop new opportunities, expanding existing install base
  • Lead pipeline creation and management using internal tools like Salesforce
  • Collaborate with account teams and partners for business development
  • Deliver effective knowledge transfer both clients and internal HPE sales teams
  • Qualify opportunities, proposed, negotiate proposals to customers
  • Build consultative relationships with clients, including C-level stakeholders
  • Position HPE storage against competitors using industry insights
  • Support marketing campaigns and partner enablement
  • Promote HPE’s value through ROI/TCO storytelling and customer references

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge in storage technologies and sales strategies
  • Proven ability to solve complex business challenges
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and channel partners
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms
  • University or bachelor’s degree in engineering or business preferred
  • Demonstrated achievement of hitting quota and selling to Philippine Market in different industries
  • Typically, 6-10+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in direct storage sales, typically 2-3+ years
  • Extensive vertical industry knowledge required
