As Storage Sales Leader, you will lead HPE’s Storage Business Unit in Poland, managing a high-performing team of 8 Sales & Presales Specialists, driving growth across direct and partner-led channels. You will shape and execute a clear go-to-market strategy, expanding market share with existing clients while winning new business. Your focus on talent development, coaching, and strategic alignment will boost team capability and sales effectiveness. With a strong consultative approach, you'll build lasting relationships with senior clients and partners. Representing HPE externally, you'll provide thought leadership across industry platforms. This is a pivotal role that blends leadership, strategy, and customer excellence while championing HPE’s values.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the Storage Business Unit in Poland, managing a team of 8 Sales & Presales Specialists, in close alignment with Account Management, Digital Sales, and other Business Units
Optimize sales coverage through direct and partner channels, growing share among existing customers and acquiring new business
Develop talent within the Storage team to boost sales effectiveness and team capability
Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior customers and partners through a consultative approach
Represent HPE externally, providing thought leadership across industry, community, and media
Foster a high-performance culture focused on coaching and continuous development
Communicate a clear strategy aligned with corporate goals
Promote HPE’s values with a strong commitment to ethical success and “winning the right way”
Requirements:
10+ years in sales, including team leadership
Proven track record in transforming teams amid market shifts and increased competition
Motivating teams to challenge the status quo and embrace change
Driving a proactive, opportunity-seeking mindset
Experience shaping strategic sales plans to grow market share and ensure profitable growth
Strong background in the Storage Industry, with ongoing industry insight to inform decisions
Proven success in C-level engagement and account planning
Skilled in developing sales strategies aligned with business solutions that meet client needs
Solid understanding of the company’s portfolio and how business units collaborate
