Job Description:

Sales Specialist role focused on storage products and HCI solutions including new VMI hypervisor in Belgium. Responsible for leading pursuit in assigned focus areas, collaborating with Account Managers, and providing specialist expertise within the sales team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for sales of storage products and HCI solutions in Belgium
  • Seeks out new opportunities by expanding and enhancing existing opportunities
  • Develops pursuit plans and builds/manages the sales pipeline
  • Contributes to proposal development, negotiations and deal closings
  • Works closely with and supports the Account Manager
  • Participates in client engagements up to C-level
  • Directs and coordinates supporting sales activities
  • Collaborates across HPE teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Establishes professional and consultative relationships with clients
  • Interfaces with internal and external experts to anticipate customer needs
  • Focuses on working with the channel to forge relationships and provide enablement

Requirements:

  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota
  • Typically 7+ years of sales experience
  • Storage related sales experience strongly desired
  • Extensive vertical industry knowledge required
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • French is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, solution or service offerings
  • Understands the industry and market segments
  • Solid communication skills
  • Advanced financial acumen
