Job Responsibility

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution
  • providing 2nd-level support by researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions, carrying out configurations, performing upgrades, carrying out migrations
  • following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • write and maintain documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in day-to-day administration of and maintaining data backup & recovery solution in a production environment
  • primary storage: experience with storage products of HPE 3PAR, NETAPP, DELL
  • secondary storage: experience with Commvault, Veeam Backup & NetBackup
  • fluency in (technical) English (spoken & written)
