Are you passionate about helping people live healthier lives? Join our dedicated team as a Stop Smoking Advisor, delivering life-changing support to residents across Berkshire.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support clients with tailored quit plans and ongoing motivation
  • Deliver weekly sessions (face-to-face, phone, and virtual)
  • Conduct CO monitoring and provide Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT)
  • Manage a caseload and maintain accurate records in line with NICE guidelines
  • Deliver clinics in community settings across Berkshire
  • Support outreach events, workshops, and health promotion activities
  • Work with local partners, schools, and community groups to promote stop smoking support

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
  • Passion for supporting behaviour change and improving public health
  • Confident using IT systems and managing client data
  • Well organised with the ability to manage a caseload
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Berkshire
