Job Responsibility

Deliver client-centred Stop Smoking services in community, GP, virtual and outreach settings
Empower clients to make informed treatment choices and achieve sustainable behaviour change
Provide evidence-based, client-led treatment plans in line with NICE and local guidelines
Deliver telephone and face-to-face support, including CO monitoring, NRT and prescription facilitation
Build and maintain strong working relationships with partners and stakeholders
Support outreach, education and promotional activities to address health inequalities and engage vulnerable groups

Job Responsibility
