Demonstrate competent written and verbal communication skills with a sound mathematical ability
Hold a current driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle
Maintain a reliable attendance record and strong work ethic

Abide by company policies and procedures at all times including the standard of dress
Be available to work a flexible casual schedule from Monday to Friday (the majority of shifts would be from 6am starts however some evenings and late nights may be required)
Be able to periodically travel on trips away for up to four nights, staying in twin share accommodation at the expense of Woolworths
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Responsibility

To ensure the kitchen is kept clean – including using equipment as required
To ensure equipment is cleaned as required
To use pan wash machine
To ensure equipment is returned to the correct place once cleaned
To prepare vegetables for use by chefs as requested
To vacuum pack foods as requested
To check off and put away deliveries – ensuring stock rotation
To take out food waste, general waste and recyclable waste and ensure it is disposed of in the correct bin
To work in a safe manner to ensure safety of yourself and others
To communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure successful service periods
