Job Description

Stock Support Administrator – Huws Gray (Llangefni) - Supporting efficient stock control and smooth daily operations across the business. Be Part of Something Bigger at Huws Gray. The Stock Support Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining accurate, consistent and efficient product and stock data across the business. This position supports product consolidation, manages product and supplier information and helps ensure smooth stock flow to enable effective supply chain operations. Working closely with Procurement, Distribution Centres and Inventory Planning, the role contributes to optimising availability and overall business performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Product Consolidation
  • Consolidate duplicate or similar product records across systems
  • Maintain accurate supplier and stock data

  • Support onboarding of new products and suppliers
  • Resolve data discrepancies with stakeholders

  • Support promotion setup, pricing, and readiness

  • Help manage and communicate product shortages

  • Act as a key contact for stock and product queries

  • experience in a builders’ merchant, supply chain or stock control environment - and familiarity with ERP or stock management systems - is beneficial
  • commitment to maintaining stock accuracy, supporting branches and following effective processes
