Stock & Operations Department Manager for Lifestyle, you will support the retail team by ensuring an accurate and efficient stock operation. Driving the ‘stop the loss’ campaign through effective management of reducing waste.

Job Responsibility:

  • Control stock file accuracy
  • Achieve stock loss KPIs
  • Manage the team to effectively process deliveries and maintain security tagging
  • Ensure daily communication and feedback to Divisional and Department Managers on stock position
  • Support key stakeholders accessibility to stock
  • Regularly review stock room layout to maximise stock holding
  • Manage and lead your team giving regular feedback and coaching
  • Ensure that the department is fully compliant with trading standards, health and safety legislation and all store operating procedures
