We are hiring for a Stock Manager Role for our client in Milton. We are seeking an experienced Stock Manager to lead Inventory Control and Quality Assurance within a high-volume fulfillment environment. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, driving quality compliance, and eliminating systemic defects that impact operational performance. The Stock Manager will act as a key partner to Inbound and Outbound Operations, owning inventory integrity end-to-end and driving data-backed improvements across the building.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage cycle count programs (daily, weekly, ad hoc audits)
Drive improvements in inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies between system and physical inventory
Monitor and control inventory adjustments, shrink, and defect rates
Lead investigations into inventory discrepancies and quality defects
Identify root causes across inbound, stow, and outbound processes
Analyze large data sets to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support decision-making
Work closely with Inbound, Outbound, Safety, and Learning teams
Influence stakeholders to address upstream and downstream process gaps
Lead and develop a team of Area Managers, Team Leads, and Associates
Drive a culture of accountability, accuracy, and operational excellence
Manage performance, coaching, and succession planning within the ICQA function
Requirements:
University degree in a related field (supply chain/logistics, business management)
3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory control
2+ years of people management experience
Strong analytical skills (Excel required
SQL preferred)
Excellent communication and ability to motivate teams
Good command of data management and analysis tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Expertise in workplace health and safety practices
