Job Description

The Stock Manager contributes to increasing the store turnover through following seamless processes of stock control in compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements. Reporting directly to the Store Director, the Stock Manager plays a fundamental part in managing store operations efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibility

  • Follow-up and control the monthly turning inventories and specific action plans
  • Prepare the annual inventory and take care of any discrepancies
  • Guarantee consistent level of stock to achieve sales target
  • Ensure store’s image is in line with corporate standards
  • Handle all administrative and operational procedures related to the merchandise flow
  • Implement specific Back Office action plans defined with the HQ and Store Operations Manager and guarantee follow up at store level
  • Provide high quality feedback and requested reports to the Store Operations Manager
  • Report, alert, transfer information properly to the Store Operations Manager for product turn-over (the right product at the right time in the right place)
  • Prepare, pack and ship merchandise to the outlets and warehouse
  • Adhere to all Company Policies & and follow all Company Operational Procedures

  • Oversee material flow management across the site, ensuring parts are delivered to production areas in the correct sequence, quantity, and condition
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking, labeling, and barcoding of all parts and materials
  • Plan and execute periodic physical stock counts, audits, and cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Implement and manage material obsolescence plans, including identification, tracking, and replacement of obsolete components before production use
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of sensitive parts, including ESD-sensitive devices and RF/electronics components
