We are currently looking for a Part Time Stock Keeper to join our Diesel Store in Madrid Fuencarral. The candidate we are looking for is responsible for ensuring an excellent product organization within the stockroom, by making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly, supporting at best omnichannel sales activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering timely movement of product, playing an active role in making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly owning all stock activities: inventory, organization, control, audits etc.
  • Meet the product needs of the store to maximize product distribution, sales effectiveness and maintain a clean working environment
  • Support the whole omnichannel sales cycle with the management of inbound and outbound product management: receiving orders, product packaging, billing, and related admistrative tasks
  • Strive and support the team to achieve team objectives and be accountable for an accurate and organized store inventory at all times, taking part to store cycle counts, scheduled inventories etc.
  • Proactively execute shipping and receiving process, partnering with management to resolve any issues and taking necessary steps to resolve

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar roles and in-depth knowledge of a retail stock workflow
  • Good aptitude and confidence with digital tools
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills
  • Highly adaptable and quick thinking while having the ability to see beyond the immediate situation
  • Aptitude for Team Working as well as ability to work autonomously
  • Availability to work on shifts from Monday to Friday and, if it is necessary, availability in working in weekends
