Stock Controller

• Maintain a daily relationship with all branches avoiding potential stock issues arising
• Resolving problems as quick and efficiently as possible when needed
• Due date stock control to be managed so we do not double up stock with 2nd line supply
• Reporting daily to the Purchase Manager if branch levels need adjusting, any movement with pricing, Quantity break price analysis and G-net issues if needed
• Review the Purchase Order status at the branches under your control
• Dealing with a high volume of Email orders in a timely manner
• Liaising with Branch Managers and Suppliers
• Checking purchase order status
• Run unapproved stock requirements
• Responsible for the management of orders, so not to increase individual carriage charges

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Able to work on their own initiative
• Previous experience working within the Automotive sector is desirable but not essential
