Stock Controller

• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to investigate reported inventory deviations
• Maintain a close connection with the unit operations and support inventory availability
• Audit outbound orders in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements
• Perform cycle counting in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements
• Support KPI metrics by completing local unit reporting processes
• Follow operating procedures to detect and correct inventory discrepancies
• Safely operating Powered Material Handling Equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces diversity

• General warehouse or previous inventory experience preferred
• Comfortable with platform equipment at varying heights
• Prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
