Job Description:

Join Our Dynamic Onsite Warehouse Team at IPL Sittingbourne! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to become a vital part of our onsite Warehouse Team at our Produce site in Sittingbourne. If you are passionate and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • You will investigate root causes to any stock discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Identify ways of improvement following root cause analysis
  • Record, report and investigate of all stock write offs at the site
  • Make necessary stock amendments on the system and be involved in physical stock takes of stock holding at the end of financial quarter
  • You will ensure that all pallet movements are correctly scanned onto a system and report/log any movement
  • You will investigate any operation issues related to stocks
  • Ensure that an end of day write on/write off report is summarised and submitted to Stocks Team Leader
  • You will also manage the pallets the trays count

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in the Fresh Produce industry or within the Food Industry
  • Have excellent analytical skills along with experience of working to KPI’s.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with experience of conducting audits
  • Computer Literate with intermediate Excel knowledge as well as Microsoft Office.
  • You should be reliable and flexible and ideally have the ability to work within a multi-functional FMCG environment
