Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to investigate reported inventory deviations
Maintain a close connection with the unit operations and support inventory availability
Audit outbound orders in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements
Perform cycle counting in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements
Support KPI metrics by completing local unit reporting processes
Follow operating procedures to detect and correct inventory discrepancies
Safely operating Powered Material Handling Equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers

Requirements:

General warehouse or previous inventory experience preferred
Comfortable with platform equipment at varying heights
Prioritization and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
