Stock Controller

• Receive and check deliveries against purchase orders
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies
• Accurately book materials into the ERP system
• Store and organise materials with clear identification
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised stores area
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess
• Maintain accurate stock records within ERP systems
• Carry out cycle counts and stock takes
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Produce stock reports as required
• Pick, kit, and issue materials in line with production schedules
• Ensure materials are available ahead of manufacturing
• Liaise with production and planning teams
• Identify improvements to stock processes
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives
• Ensure health & safety standards are followed
• Assist with audits when required

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Experience using ERP or stock control systems
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills across departments
