Job Responsibility

Ensure all inbound documentation aligns with system entries, accurately assigning trailers to the appropriate bays
Promptly identify, report, and action any discrepancies in a timely manner
Manage inbound shipments via the Goods In Dashboard, processing items from JIT, KLS, 3rd Party, and Bulk suppliers
Conduct inventory investigations using the Warehouse Management System (GEAC) to resolve physical/system stock discrepancies
Generate and manage inventory reports
Handle 3rd Party product-specific processes, including inbound management, investigations, and reporting
