A highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for a driven Stock Condition Surveyor to join their London office. The role involves conducting condition surveys, producing detailed reports, and supporting asset management strategies within residential and public sector projects. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead on strategic survey initiatives
  • Conduct comprehensive site inspections and condition surveys across large residential portfolios
  • Produce detailed, articulate reports

Requirements:

  • A construction-related degree or a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Proven experience conducting surveys on residential buildings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and professionally
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • A thorough understanding of health and safety protocols
