Job Description:

A highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy with a long-standing reputation for delivering excellence, are keen to speak with a capable Stock Condition Surveyor to join their growing London office. Offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a wide range of large-scale residential programmes, this role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in condition surveys and residential property assessment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead on strategic survey initiatives
Conduct comprehensive site inspections and condition surveys across large residential portfolios
Produce detailed, articulate reports
Contribute to data-driven asset management strategies
Liaise with stakeholders and support efficient programme delivery

Requirements:

A construction-related degree or a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Proven experience conducting surveys on residential buildings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage workload independently and professionally
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
A thorough understanding of health and safety protocols
