Job Description

A leading surveying business is hiring a Stock Condition Surveyor in Crawley to support an ongoing programme that enhances community living standards. This role offers you the chance to work independently while making a significant impact in the field.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out stock condition surveys on residential social housing properties
  • Record condition data using handheld/tablet software
  • Assess building components, lifecycle data, and HHSRS elements
  • Produce accurate and detailed survey information in line with client requirements
  • Work independently across occupied and void properties

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor or Property Surveyor
  • Experience working within social housing/residential housing stock
  • Strong knowledge of building pathology and property components
  • Comfortable using tablets and asset management software
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred
