Job Description:

A highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy seeks a capable Stock Condition Surveyor for its London office. This role involves leading strategic survey initiatives, performing residential condition surveys, producing detailed reports, and contributing to asset management strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting comprehensive site inspections and condition surveys across large residential portfolios
producing detailed, articulate reports
contributing to data-driven asset management strategies
liaising with stakeholders
supporting efficient programme delivery

Requirements:

A construction-related degree or a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
proven experience conducting surveys on residential buildings
excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to manage workload independently and professionally
strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
a thorough understanding of health and safety protocols
