Job Responsibility

Lead on strategic survey initiatives
Conduct comprehensive site inspections and condition surveys across large residential portfolios
Produce detailed, articulate reports
Contribute to data-driven asset management strategies
Liaise with stakeholders
Support efficient programme delivery

Requirements

Proven experience undertaking stock condition surveys or property inspections
Strong knowledge of building construction, standards and compliance requirements
Experience using surveying tools, data capture and reporting systems
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Relevant qualification in Building Surveying or a related discipline
RICS or CIOB accreditation advantageous but not essential
Proficient in property or survey software systems
Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
