Experience in small engine repair and equipment maintenance
Preferably experience with STIHL power equipment
Ability to show consumers how to properly use a wide variety of STIHL power equipment

Job Responsibility

Ensure equipment is repaired, safe, and ready to process
Order repair parts as needed for equipment repair
Ensure proper check in and check out of equipment
Maintain repair schedule and regular maintenance schedules for all STIHL equipment
Identify and notify management of any pricing irregularities in the system
Ensure customers are provided with the highest levels of customer service
Greet all customers and assist in answering questions about merchandise and locating merchandising
Use The S.A.L.E.S. process to help customers find everything on their lists
Complete all company and departmental paperwork accurately
Receive, open, and unpack cartons or crates of merchandise
