Job Description:

Technical lead role for Stibo MDM solutions at Bosch, responsible for workshops, system integrations, technical leadership, and troubleshooting across multiple systems in a multinational environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare, lead, and execute workshops with teams on topics like Stibo MDM data modelling, roles & workflows, data migration, interfacing
  • Oversee and manage integrations with SAP R/3, S/4HANA & Non-SAP systems using push-based integration patterns (e.g., Solace) and pull-based methods (e.g., REST/GraphQL)
  • Take ownership of end-to-end technical challenges and lead critical troubleshooting efforts across multiple systems
  • Provide technical leadership to project teams working on configuration and implementation of Stibo STEP MDM solutions

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in computer science or comparable professional experience
  • Deep understanding of Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP) with strong hands-on technical background
  • Several years of experience in advising on MDM relevant topics and E2E processes
  • Technical background with experience in configuration of MDM systems and extensive knowledge of different MDM domains, data modelling, workflows and API technologies
  • Experience in moderating workshops with international customers, suppliers and stakeholders across all hierarchical levels
  • Excellent English skills
