As Stewarding Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all kitchens and stewarding areas. From pre-opening setup to ongoing daily operations, you will ensure that all culinary and service areas run smoothly by leading a team responsible for stewarding standards across the resort.
Job Responsibility:
Support pre-opening activities such as equipment inventory, setup of dishwashing areas, and stewarding procedures
Supervise stewarding staff to ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing, and storage of kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment
Monitor cleanliness and ensure compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards
Maintain operating supplies and cleaning materials, conducting regular stock checks
Coordinate with culinary and service teams to support smooth operations across outlets
Train, schedule, and motivate stewarding team members for efficiency and consistency
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or senior steward in a luxury hotel or resort environment
Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures in hospitality kitchens
Excellent team leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules and manage a team in a high-paced setting
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
Fluency in English is essential
