Stewarding Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of all stewards, including permanent, seasonal, and outsourced staff
• Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment, and production areas in line with hotel standards
• Ensure proper use and preventative maintenance of all stewarding equipment and machinery
• Maintain neatness, cleanliness, and order in kitchens, back-of-house areas, storage, employee dining, and stewarding stations
• Support banquet and kitchen operations by coordinating small ware, inventory, and delivery of items as needed
• Assist in staff training, onboarding, and development initiatives
• Monitor compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards, including proper handling of equipment, chemicals, and waste
• Assist in stock control, ordering, and inventory management of stewarding supplies
• Act as a role model by maintaining high standards, leading by example, and promoting teamwork
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Steward or Executive Chef

• Previous experience in stewarding or hospitality operations
• supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• European Passport or legal right to work in Greece
• Fluency in English
