Job Responsibility:

  • Supervision and coordination of daily stewarding operations in cooperation with our external stewarding partner
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
  • Monitoring cleaning processes, equipment handling and maintenance in all kitchen and back-of-house areas
  • Conducting hygiene and quality checks, including supervision of external services
  • Supporting duty roster planning, inventories and administrative tasks
  • Training, guiding and supporting stewarding Ladies and Gentlemen in line with The Ritz-Carlton standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar supervisory role within the upscale hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Hands-on, reliable and service-oriented personality
  • Experience working with external service providers is an advantage
  • Good command of German and/or English
  • Vocational training in hospitality or culinary operations is beneficial
