Job Responsibility:

Supervision and coordination of daily stewarding operations in cooperation with our external stewarding partner
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Monitoring cleaning processes, equipment handling and maintenance in all kitchen and back-of-house areas
Conducting hygiene and quality checks, including supervision of external services
Supporting duty roster planning, inventories and administrative tasks
Training, guiding and supporting stewarding Ladies and Gentlemen in line with The Ritz-Carlton standards

Requirements:

Experience in a similar supervisory role within the upscale hospitality industry
Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards
Strong organizational and communication skills
Hands-on, reliable and service-oriented personality
Experience working with external service providers is an advantage
Good command of German and/or English
Vocational training in hospitality or culinary operations is beneficial
