Job Description:

The Stewarding supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the organization and sanitation of all kitchens, storage areas, employee dining room, waste receptacle areas, compactor room, carts, tables, and Stewarding Department equipment and machinery through constant monitoring and adherence to a vigorous cleaning schedule
  • Support the Stewarding supervisory team in organizing work assignments for the department
  • Assist with inventory of china, glass, and silver
  • Ensure proper use and provide regular care, security and maintenance of machinery and equipment used in the Stewarding Department
  • Provide physical maintenance of operating equipment
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager, Banqueting & Stewarding Manager and Food & Beverage Outlet Managers to coordinate adequate supply and storage of china, silver, glass and other equipment used in service
  • Participate in Stewarding functions in relation to banquets set-up and service
  • Create Purchase Orders and perform other administrative tasks when needed

Requirements:
