• Operating an automatic dishwashing machine
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen area
• Assisting with set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs, platforms, displays, and dismantling of dance floors for events
• Cleaning, inventory, and storage for all assigned banquet activities
• Maintaining adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies daily
• Loading, running, and unloading dish machine
• Cleaning certain kitchen utensils and equipment by hand
• Maintaining dish machine and area cleanliness and organization
• Handling tableware carefully to prevent breakage
• Maintaining cleanliness of floors, dry storeroom, and refuse containers
• Providing further cleaning as needed (e.g., cutting boards, coffee cups)
• Bagging and hauling waste to compactors
• Cleaning lime out of machines
• Sweeping and mopping walk-in every night
• Returning glass racks to server station
• Performing set-up and breakdown of all food and beverage club activities for member parties, club events, golf tournaments, and offsite catering
• Assisting with set up and breakdown of all events, storing chairs and tables, preparing areas for new events
• Delivery, storage, inventory and security of all kitchen and banquet equipment used in events

• Team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic
• Prior kitchen and country club or resort experience are a plus
• Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Required to stand for long periods of time
• Required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds – Frequently
• Required to carry, push and/or pull up to 75 pounds – Occasionally
