Job Description:

Steward position at the Beachcomber Beach Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dish areas, supporting the kitchen team, and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced, beachfront resort environment.

Job Responsibility:

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish areas and back-of-house spaces
Assist with trash removal and recycling
Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and organization tasks as needed
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
Keep a steady pace during high-volume service

Requirements:

Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
