Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Steward who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. Our Stewards are a part of a dynamic team that supports all our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service. This position reports to the Assistant Stewarding Manager.
Job Responsibility
Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
Maintaining the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Maintaining the silver polishing program
Utilizing and handling cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
Requirements
High school education (preferred)
Working knowledge is typically learned on-the-job. Previous stewarding experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean dishwashing machine, sinks, floor cleaning equipment, and silver burnisher
A positive and energetic demeanor
U.S. work authorization is required for this position.
