We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our kitchen team as a Steward. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and tremendous attention to detail, in the care they take in maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel’s kitchen areas. Part-time Steward/Dishwasher position with a regular shift from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Job Responsibility:
Load dishwasher with dirty dishes as needed
Make sure that the dishwasher machine is cleaning properly
Keep and maintain a clean workstation at all times
Make sure that the dishes are clean and sanitized, free of clutter
Sweep and mop kitchen as needed
Clean walls as needed
Maintain dry floor
Remove garbage regularly
Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards established by Benchmark a Global Hospitality Company
Requirements:
Must be available to work at least 3 -4 days per week, including weekends, depending on business needs
Flexibility to work a variety of days is essential
