Job Description

We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our kitchen team as a Steward. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and tremendous attention to detail, in the care they take in maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel’s kitchen areas. Part-time Steward/Dishwasher position with a regular shift from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Job Responsibility

  • Load dishwasher with dirty dishes as needed
  • Make sure that the dishwasher machine is cleaning properly
  • Keep and maintain a clean workstation at all times
  • Make sure that the dishes are clean and sanitized, free of clutter
  • Sweep and mop kitchen as needed
  • Clean walls as needed
  • Maintain dry floor
  • Remove garbage regularly
  • Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager
  • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards established by Benchmark a Global Hospitality Company

Requirements

  • Must be available to work at least 3 -4 days per week, including weekends, depending on business needs
  • Flexibility to work a variety of days is essential
