Job Responsibility:
Supports our Food and Beverage team in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness
Requirements:
Follow proper payroll/TRM procedures
Set up the work area properly
Scrape and stack all dishes properly and rack all glassware
Set up/clean and safely properly operate the dish washing machine, including dissembling, and assembling for cleaning, loading, and unloading of dishes and flatware and changing the water when/adding chemicals when necessary or when instructed to do so
Wipe down, sweep/mop and tidy the back of the house kitchen and dish washing stations
Work closely with the staff to assist with carrying trays, hot boxes, pushing of towel carts, carrying of towels, lifting boxes from storeroom and putting items away in the designated areas
Separate all flatware
Store all plates, glassware, and sliver in their designated areas
Clean kitchen walls, floors, drains, reach-in coolers, walk-in refrigerators, and other locations designated by the supervisor
Handle and use all cleaning materials/chemicals safely
Respond properly in any building emergency or safety situation
Handle while cleaning sharp objects such as kitchen knives & meat slicer
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management or staff
