Job Description

The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the kitchen and back-of-house areas. This position ensures that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces meet the highest hygiene standards in line with Four Seasons’ luxury service and safety expectations. Vivi is our beachfront restaurant in Saudi Arabia, a Mediterranean sanctuary blending flavours from seaside and countryside, with the freshest seafood and shellfish and a curated selection of dry-aged meats.

Job Responsibility

  • Clean, wash, and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and waste areas
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and supplies
  • Support kitchen team by maintaining a steady supply of clean items during service
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling according to environmental and hygiene standards
  • Follow HACCP and health & safety guidelines at all times
  • Assist with basic kitchen tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Previous stewarding or cleaning experience in hospitality preferred
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
