The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Steward who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Job Responsibility
Clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware using dishwashing equipment
properly store all items after washing
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas, including ovens, kettles, mixers, floors, walls, drains, and production spaces
Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning solutions and procedures
Manage stewarding carts, remove and dispose of trash, and clean walk-ins and refrigeration units
Safely handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety standards and proper protective measures
Requirements
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
Hawaii Driver’s License and Abstract is required for this role
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
