Job Responsibility

  • Washing and disinfecting dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and machinery according to the restaurant’s standards
  • Keeping dishwashing, kitchen, and storage areas clean, organized, and fully operational
  • Ensuring the proper use of cleaning products and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
  • Removing waste and properly managing garbage according to established procedures
  • Supporting the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed
  • Replenishing utensils and tableware at their respective stations to facilitate service
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure an efficient and smooth workflow
  • Identifying and reporting any issues with equipment or materials
  • Maintaining a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude throughout the shift

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining
  • Valid work permit for Spain
  • Communicates confidently in English and Spanish
