Job Description:

The Steward ensures the cleanliness of Food & Beverage cutlery, plates, and glassware. Wash dishes, clean equipment, restock supplies, and assis kitchen/service staff. Maintain cleanliness of back of the house Food & Beverage areas. Organizing storage, managing waste/recycling, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, overseeing supplies. Maintain a good working relationship with other employees. Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area

Job Responsibility:

  • The Steward ensures the cleanliness of Food & Beverage cutlery, plates, and glassware
  • Wash dishes, clean equipment, restock supplies, and assis kitchen/service staff

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This includes evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, ability to work under pressure, physical stamina
  • This position requires the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
