Job Description:

Our Utility Cleaners play an important role in support of a number of vital hotel functions, including cleaning tasks, organizing dishware and linens, and assisting various departments in ensuring smooth operations. Associates are expected to perform with professionalism and high-quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests
operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools
washing dishes
handwashing
maintaining linen washers and dryers
transporting dishware or linens across the hotel
performing reasonable job duties requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

Creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards
developing and maintaining positive working relationships with other employees and departments
supporting the team to reach common goals
listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees
reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period of time
reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
