At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, Stewards are essential to maintaining the cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities include washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as assisting with kitchen cleanliness and waste management tasks as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Set up/clean and properly operate the dishwashing machine, including dissembling, and assembling for cleaning, loading and unloading of dishes and flatware
Store all china, glassware and silver in their designated areas
Clean kitchen walls, floors, drains, reach-in coolers, walk-in refrigerators, and other designated areas
Requirements:
San Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire)
