Job Responsibility:

Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans in the resort
Operate commercial dishwashing machine and maintain hygienic working environment
Ensure food and beverage outlets have necessary items to open shifts
Attend to spills and breakages immediately following safety procedures
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchens and food preparation areas
Remove and dispose of trash bags
Participate in deep cleaning of outlet
Report maintenance or hazard issues to supervisor
Assist service team to meet guest expectations
Perform other duties assigned by managers and supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to four hours
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Ability to push and pull equipment up to 250 lbs
Ability to work in extreme temperatures
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Maintaining grooming standards
Regular attendance
Compliance with company safety and operational policies

Nice to have:

Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Knowledge of table and bar service
Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred
