Job Responsibility:

  • Champion Healthcare Excellence: Engage in dynamic production fulfillment zones, meeting and exceeding specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Master Technical Precision: Maintain high standards with technical attention to detail, ensuring every prescription is processed with accuracy and care
  • Scale Your Impact: Grow through three distinct performance levels (Beginner: 50-100 prescriptions/day
  • Intermediate: 100-175 prescriptions/day
  • Advanced: exceed 175 prescriptions/day)

Requirements:

  • Completion of a GED or high school diploma
  • An active State Technician and PTCB license (or Technician Trainee license)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice to have:

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated computer skills
  • Pharmaceutical Expertise: Completion of a recognized Pharmacy Technician Certification Program (PTCP)
  • Experience: Prior experience in a pharmacy setting and a proven track record of accuracy in data entry roles within the pharmacy sector
