Stepdown - General RN

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care. Travel nurses work for a limited amount of time at a particular location, providing patient care and support before moving on to their next exciting adventure.
