Job Description:

An extraordinary school in Barnet is looking to bring onboard a STEM Graduate Academic Mentor as part of their outstanding team. This role includes supervising group activities, adapting materials for lessons, supporting KS3 and KS4 students, and more. The school offers excellent training opportunities and a chance to work alongside specialized staff. This is a long-term, full-time position starting in September 2025.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising group activities
Developing programmes of learning activities
Adapting appropriate materials for lessons
Taking small groups for interventions to ensure all students get the most out of their education
Supporting KS3 and KS4 students in and out of lessons.

Requirements:

Strong academic background
1:1 or 2:1 from a reputable university
Excellent communication
Fun-loving and personable
Passion for education
Drive to continue training and development.
